About Us

Aidan worked for nearly 40 years in the Financial Services Industry in Ireland and the UK. In 2019 he joined the Safety Industry, taking on the role of director at Innovection Ltd. Having studied at the London School of Economics, he graduated with a First in Financial Economics from Birkbeck College. His experience covers Strategy and Business Enablement, Risk Management and Marketing and he brings a strong ‘customer first’ culture to the business.

Tricia brought a wealth of entrepreneurial and operational experience with her when she joined the Chemical Safety industry in 2016.

As Director of Operations, Tricia ensures all customers’ needs are met from initial quote right through to delivery of their order. Tricia is focused on continuing to enhance the customer experience and ensuring a quality service is delivered from all the team at Innovection Solutions.

With over five years of dedicated experience in the chemical decontaminants industry, Meabh has developed an expertise in providing effective and reliable solutions to clients across a wide range of industry sectors where Chemical Risk is present. Meabh combines her in-depth knowledge of chemical safety and decontamination techniques with a strong commitment to customer service.

In addition to her Science degree from Trinity College, Dublin, Meabh is a qualified and experienced trainer in the use and application of the Diphoterine range of products. Through her training, Meabh empowers teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely handle and apply chemical decontaminants. Meabh works closely with our customers, consistently delivering tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client and each site, ensuring optimal results and safety compliance.

Having obtained her law degree in the University of Bari, Italy, Chaira moved to Ireland, working initially with an import and distribution company specialising in Italian goods.

She brought this experience with her when she joined the team here at Innovection Solutions Ltd at the end of 2023.

Chiara is our Office Administrator and a key support to the Directors in managing all operational functions. She is responsible for processing customer sales, from initial query through to on time delivery, a role she takes pride in.
