Description

Complete kit for chemical decontamination / emergency first aid following a small chemical splash. Inox stainless steel unit so ideal for clean room environments.

Unit consists of a stainless steel cabinet with a door for dust protection and contains:

  • 2 x LPMD – Eye wash bottles (500ml)
  • 1 x MINI DAP  Skin Spray (200ml)
  • 1 x LOA – Afterwash II (200ml)

Instructions for Use

Use within the first minute of the splash for optimal efficacy.

Single use product. Use the entire contents of the relevant dispenser for skin / eye to ensure complete decontamination.

Shelf Life

Diphoterine® has a 2 year shelf life from date of manufacture.
Afterwash II has a 2 year shelf life from date of manufacture.
All dispensers are stamped with a batch number and expiry date.

Available Units

These units are sold on an individual basis.
Refill kits available (Ref: KLMDAS) if a dispenser is used or if they have reached their expiry date.
